警方表示，瑞士西部一處難民中心今天(31日)凌晨遭到焚毀，所幸無人受傷，目前還不清楚火災起因。
索洛圖恩州(Solothurn)警方在一份聲明中表示，比伯里斯特鎮(Biberist)消防隊於當地時間凌晨3時(台灣時間上午9時)接獲通報，隨後迅速撲滅火勢。中心內10名居民全數平安離開建物。
1名警方發言人說，要花2到3天才能調查出結果。
瑞士鮮少出現反難民的暴力案件。去年到瑞士尋求庇護的人數已上升至3萬9,523人。

連假「大餐潮」，當心身體出狀況！中秋應景的月餅和烤肉，因多為高油、高糖和重鹹，三高患者病情容易失控。家醫科醫師表示，光周一到周三期間，門診就增加約4成的三高失控患者，提醒民眾聚餐勿暴飲暴食，連假後至少維持一周飲食「清淡」和「減量」。
台大醫院北護分院院長黃國晉說，這幾天門診增加許多血糖、血壓、三酸甘油脂、膽固醇超標民眾，一問多是提前慶中秋，吃了不少月餅和大餐，「光這周就增加3~4成，預計連假後更多。」他解釋，月餅多為高精緻糖製成，烤肉醬料和部分食材則屬高油、高鹽，均是造成三高患者病情「失控」原因。
「難得的節日還是要過」，黃國晉說，要三高患者什麼都不吃「太不近人情」，連假聚餐、飲食能控制當然最好，但若誘因太多，事後「補救」就很重要。他強調，收假後至少要花一周時間，控制飲食的質和量，相較以往，應多攝取蔬果，如富含纖維質的葉菜類蔬菜，以及低GI值（升糖指數）的水果，例如、大番茄、芭樂、蘋果等。
根據衛福部國健署各類運動消耗熱量表，以50公斤民眾為例，時速6公里健走、30分鐘可消耗137.5大卡，時速8公里慢跑、則可消耗205大卡。
（中央社記者唐佩君台北9日電）外交部表示，針對北韓漠視聯合國安理會決議及不顧國際勸阻，在今天上午進行第5次核試，中華民國政府對此挑釁行為表達嚴正譴責及關切。
外交部晚間發布新聞稿表示，北韓繼今年1月6日在咸鏡北道吉州郡豐溪里進行第4次核試後，今天上午9時30分（台北時間上午8時30分）又在同一地區進行第5次核試。
中華民國政府對北韓當局漠視聯合國安理會第1718、1874、2087、2094及2270號等5項決議，以及不顧國際社會勸阻，再度肆行核試表達嚴正譴責及關切。
外交部強調，中華民國政府一貫採取支持區域非核化立場，因此鄭重呼籲北韓當局，確實遵守聯合國安理會相關決議，立即停止任何損及區域安全舉措。
中華民國政府重申支持有關各方以和平對話方式解決韓半島問題，共同維護韓半島及東亞區域和平與穩定。1050909
